We currently only deliver to the UK. We use the Royal Mail to ship your products, and they will take 3-5 days to arrive.
No signature will be required.
How is Biltong made
Our Beef is first trimmed of any fat then sliced and cured for 24 hours. We then add our spice rubs and seasonings to the meat and dry for as long as it takes - usually 3-4 days. Once this stage is complete the Biltong is sliced into bite sized pieces and packaged ready to eat,
And that's it! A natural process with great results.
Is your Biltong gluten free?
No.
Unfortunately, due to the marinade used for the curing process, the beef in all of our products comes into contact with ingredients made from or using wheat.
We are working towards becoming a company which is free from gluten in the future.
