We currently only deliver to the UK. We use the Royal Mail to ship your products, and they will take 3-5 days to arrive.

How is Biltong made

Our Beef is first trimmed of any fat then sliced and cured for 24 hours. We then add our spice rubs and seasonings to the meat, and dry for as long as it takes - usually 4 days. Once this stage is complete the Biltong is sliced into bite sized pieces and packaged ready to eat,
