Original

Our Spicy Biltong has fantastic layers of flavour; starting with the great taste of our Original Biltong, we added our spicy dry rub, for those wanting a touch of heat in their day. The spices complement each other perfectly to meet the need for a healthy, energising snack for those on the go.
Barbeque
We have added a fantastic Barbeque dry rub to our Original flavoured Biltong. Our sweet and savoury Biltong is high in protein and packed full of flavour. This healthy snack is great for those who like the sweeter things and dont want to compromise on that signiture biltong flavour.
Traditional Beef Droewors
Droewors (or Drywors) is made in the same way as Biltong, but is based on the traditional South African Boerewors sausage. The Droewors come in 2 flavours - classic beef or peri peri. Both have great flavours, are pre sliced and ready to eat. We highly recommend you try them.

FAQ's
Shipping
We currently only deliver to the UK. We use the Royal Mail to ship your products, and they will take 3-5 days to arrive.
No signature will be required.
How is Biltong made
Our Beef is first trimmed of any fat then sliced and cured for 24 hours. We then add our spice rubs and seasonings to the meat, and dry for as long as it takes - usually 4 days. Once this stage is complete the Biltong is sliced into bite sized pieces and packaged ready to eat,
And that's it! A natural process with great results.
Is your Biltong Gluten free
Not currently. We are aiming to be completely gluten free in early 2025.
